"I discovered water flowing out the bottom of our basement toilet. After trying to resolve the issue myself I ended up call Aaron at Jafco at 2 in the morning. He said he could be there in an hour and a-half and in less than 20 minutes he resolved our blockage problem. I was more than pleased and frankly grateful. He said the fix should last a month or so and call them back to discuss either jetting out the root balls or putting in a liner. Definitely will use them again! "

"Very pleased with Jafco Sewer repair. We woke up one morning to water on the floor, tub full after showering and toilet gurgling. Called Jafco out to snake and drain as we assumed there was a blockage. Turned out to be a broken pipe at the sewer line. That quick the estimate went from a few hundred to a few thousand.
Needless to say my Mother was frustrated and her attitude showed it. Aaron maintained professionalism like a champ. He quoted us a fair and reasonable price and his guys were at our house first thing in the morning! I never realized how much work goes into plumbing repairs until I saw the worker standing in a hole that he dig that was taller than him! If we need future plumbing service we will most def use this company again! "

"We live in a 1939 Seattle home which needed to be completely re-piped. These guys came and and took out all the old rusty clunky piping and replaced it with brand new PEX, water and drains. The value for the service was amazing. Devon our coordinator was really easy to work with, flexible and maintained great communication. Our technicians Wyatt and his sidekick, showed up on time, and work tirelessly until it was all done. We asked for some particular ways/routes and they were kind to accommodate all our requirements.

"We have called Jafco on two different occasions for different needs, and both times were great experiences.
When we first bought our house, the tankless water heater was leaking. Daniel came out promptly and gave us a very fair quote. He also rearranged some of the connected pipes to have better access in the future. He was very fast and efficient, and he is super friendly!
On the second visit, George helped us with our ejector pump that was alarming. He opened it up and showed us how it worked, and he addressed the cause of the alarm.
We will continue to call on Jafco for all our plumbing needs. We highly recommend them!"

"I had two toilets that were running and they both needed to be replaced. From the first call all the way through getting the work completed, Jafco was really great to work with. Everyone was super friendly and patient with explaining the details. The pricing was reasonable, the service was fast and the results were better than expected. They even reinstalled my bidets on the new toilets which was really nice. I'll be calling them up when I'm ready to replace my water heater and any other plumbing needs. Thank you David!!!"

"First time using Jafco for a rental property in which tenant had a clogged toilet. They were incredibly fast and responsive. I was able to text someone a video and discuss the initial pricing. They were out and at the location within an hour or two. Fixed the issue. Tenant is happy, I am happy. Pricing is reasonable.
No one ever wants to have plumbing issues, but if I do have any plumbing related issues, I would be sure to reach out to them!"

"Jafco was professional and easy to work with. They did an estimate and offer financing. They repaired our sewer line and did the repair all without turning off our water and at no inconvenience to us. They were through and cleaned up when they were done. We highly recommend them."
